Well it was a great success. I got a hug from my wife.
Unfortunately, she didn’t know it was International Hug Day. She was acting on her own. Fending for herself. Silly

So I showed her my blog entry about it (link above), then asked for another hug. But she told me “no, now that someone’s telling me to hug, I don’t much feel like hugging anyone”. Fact that.
So next year, we won’t be celebrating International Hug Day.
On the bright side, she said that depending on how things turn out tomorrow, we might celebrate “Fact Day” every January 23. So there’s that.
