How jejune, pedantic, and blinkered is the lamestream media today?
You hardly have to read between the lines in what the Vancouver Sun (and its source Dose.ca) writes in their far-left anti-Palin or anti-conservative propaganda (disguised as a “news” article), to see that their level of hatred is pretty clear. And to see it is amateur-hour reporting at its worst. And to see the lack of even a modicum of journalistic integrity.
It’s amazing how they — the amateurish and biased — even childish — editors at the Vancouver Sun and its various employees who write up this crap make no apology for their glib, far-left, anti-Palin propaganda.
I love how they start out their gratuitous little anti-Palin slight by dismissing Bristol Palin’s millions of Dancing With the Stars votes, thus securing her position as a finalist in Dancing With the Stars, by implying that Bristol somehow owes an “apology” for attaining that position. Why must she “apologize” for that?! Well because “millions” of viewers didn’t vote for her, and they’re “furious!” So she owes an apology to the world for her success! That’s some pretty funky democracy you’ve got going on there.
In fact, what it is, is total BS journalism.
Why must conservatives — or anyone even related to a conservative — “apologize” for themselves and their success, or their ideas, or their opinions — or their dancing?
Liberals marginalize and ridicule conservatives like this all the time in the media — or they try to anyway — in their hope that by glibly discrediting them like this it will softly wash over the public, and it will help them create and nurture their anti-conservative — sometimes almost hate-filled — meme. They try to create this sort of a self-evident pop-culture disdain and bias against conservatives by smugly tossing off horribly negative and total bunkum phrases like “In true Palin fashion…”.
“In true Palin fashion…”. What “fashion” is that?
What news media reporting “fashion” do you call newspaper reporting like that?
How many “news” articles must we read which begin “(So-and-so) refuses to apologize for their stance on gay marriage”? Why must a conservative be compelled to apologize for that?
Bristol isn’t “apologizing” for her profane remarks made in a Facebook page in which hate-filled asses were writing horrible, profane insults against her mother and the Palin family generally — which I note the Vancouver Sun and Dose.ca fail to bother bringing up in any detail — possibly because the insults hurled against the Palins were so horrible and hateful, as usual. But the Vancouver Sun and Dose.ca see no need to call for those haters to apologize for writing those remarks. It’s just Bristol who must apologize for defending the family honor and sticking up for themselves.
What a load of pure journalistic crap. This is the Vancouver Sun — Vancouver’s largest newspaper. Same owner (Postmedia) as the National Post and many others. And that’s how jejune, pedantic, and blinkered the lamestream media is today.
Don’t buy it. Until they apologize. On their knees.
