Conservative Party leader Stephen Harper was in Vancouver today, giving a major “election-style” speech.
I did not know that.
I happen to live in the Vancouver area at the moment, so you’d think I’d have seen the smoke signals being issued forth by the Conservative Party’s crack communications and public relations team.
And you’d be wrong.
I’m just saying.
