Harper Conservatives set to expose liberal-left on Afghanistan

It seems the Conservative government of Prime Minister Harper is set to force the liberals of Canada to admit that they’re the appeasing defeatists that they are, as they hint that they’re going to table a confidence motion tomorrow (for a March vote) to extend the good and noble Afghanistan mission (as the Manley Report suggested, and as Canadian patriotism, and sanity, dictates).

This is good, because I’ll be able to go ahead and post the names here at PTBC of every single MP who votes against extending the mission—in every capacity we can—for as long as it takes to win the war.  This is manifestly because I’m a Canadian and I’m on Canada’s side.

The Liberal Frenchman Stephane (the “Green Guru”) Dion and the media-supported you’ve got to be kidding party’s Jack (“ass”) Layton as well as another socialist, the bizarre Gilles (“I actually ADMIT that I’m not on Canada’s side”) Duceppe from The Nation of Quebec, all prefer to delude themselves and other Canadians and falsely paint a picture of a Canada as a nation of pansy-assed pantywaists who wear blue-helmets and act as flower-arrangers in the battlefield while others fight for freedom.  And a nation reduced to serving tea and buns to Islamofascist terrorists.  And whose primary mission is to sit on a U.N.-built fence (built U.N.-style: for 8 billion dollars over thirteen years), not take sides, and sing Kumbaya (in French and English) with Islamofascist terrorists.  And to engage in official group hugs with the savage nutbar Taliban (who seek to kill every one of us, no discussion; no sing-songs, no tea, no buns, no “exit strategy”, no “timelines”, no phony “end dates” pulled out of magical hats, thank you, and here’s a bomb to stick up your ass, buh bye, au revoir).

Set that bar low, liberals.  Go team.  Vote liberal.  See how it works out. Or for your convenience, liberals:

سثث اخص هف صخقنس خعف

Liberals think so little of Canada and our ability to contribute to the welfare of the world that they think the role of our people and our military is and should always be limited to being what they have BS-ed some of us into believing is our “traditional” role in the world —they’re outright lying.  It’s what they deceptively call being “an honest broker”.  To them, “honesty” means not taking a side between what the rest of us clearly see as right and wrong, good and evil, Nazis and not-Nazis, Communists and freedom-loving capitalists, or lately, Islamofascist savages and Canadians; and instead, they just pretend everybody’s right in their own neat way.  As principle-deficient moral relativists, they see even the most evil folks as being just as good as we are—and it’s just that we don’t know it yet.

And of course that’s not “honest”.  That’s utterly stupid.  The position they call “honest broker” is also known as “insanity” and “surrendering to the enemy”.

Those of us in the sensible set see their position as preposterous of course, since being an “honest broker” actually means taking no side.  No, not even our side.  Even when you have to take sides —ours for example — to survive, as we traditionally always have.

Might as well sell the CF-18s!  (Or could they be used to melt snow for the liberals in downtown Toronto? Maybe with engines in afterburner mode!  Oh damn that’d be a carbon footprint faux pas… hey maybe they could persuade the useful idiots in Canada that war isn’t “green” and it insults Kyoto!)

Dion has said that it will be a whipped vote.  Many liberals in Canada are genetically predisposed to think a whipped vote is a cool new sex move of some sort that they might enjoy with their “life partners”, but despite their excitement it’s actually just a rather dictatorial device they frequently use to force the elected Liberal troops to behave as instructed by their betters (Dion!), rather than as their conscience and the people who elected them dictate.  It’s all about power—not principle—with Liberals.  They lack principle, much as they lack values and common sense.

I’m not sure whose side they’re on.  I’m on our side.
