Greenie Elizabeth May asks critical questions along with the NDP and Conservatives (unlike the Liberals for the most part), but I’d bet if the reason Trudeau and Butts (et al) had given for trying to pressure JWR was not SNC-Lavalin but rather “grave concern for effects of climate change,” or “the environment,” or some such, she’d be right on board the Big Liberal Train instead. And like them, she’d ask the same suck-up questions as the Liberals, which are mostly designed to rehabilitate the Liberals (including Michael Wernick).
