The CBC reporter who the Liberals under Jean (“a proof is a proof”) Chretien appointed to lead the entire land as Governor-General because being from the CBC, she was the best liberal they could find—was unable to attend the funeral of her underling in Alberta, the great lieutenant-governor Lois Hole, last week.
She said that she had personal commitments that she simply couldn’t get out of. Now, I imagined when hearing that, that she’d find a way out of her commitment if she gave a royal crap, but this was not one of those occasions apparently.
Turns out that in true liberal fashion, the commitment was to her royal self. She was on vacation at the time, and couldn’t be bothered to return home (even at taxpayer expense) to do her paltry job and show any remorse at all whatsoever for someone from that liberal pain-in-the-royal-arse, anti-liberal Alberta. And she left for that vacation three days after the death of Lt.-Gov. Lois Hole. That’s commitment!
And where was she on vacation? In Paris of course. France. Where liberals are right at home with other liberals. Hey wasn’t she and her royal feet of aircraft just there? No matter. Another dead Albertan. Good riddance. Am I right Madame reporter?
