Terrorists in Afghanistan, you say? Golly ya think? Yes it’s true because I read it in the liberals’ Globe and Mail.
In an article yesterday by skeptical journalist Jeff Sallot, based out of Ottawa, he wrote about, well what he seems to conclude is simply the latest cautionary tale regarding the terrorist attacks of 9-11 and the resulting war in Afghanistan, and the terrorist threats to Canada. He concludes by offering this informative if ambiguous wrap-up:
The Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on New York and Washington were planned by al-Qaeda head Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan. The aircraft hijackers in those attacks trained in that country when it was ruled by the Taliban, the U.S., Canada and other Western governments say.
Gosh one wouldn’t want to conflict with what they’re saying on those left-wing nutbar conspiracy theory sites and by sundry liberal-leftists about it being “Bush’s” doing. One must appeal to the sensibilities of one’s readers!
