Some important news of interest to conservatives that you might miss because it emanates from BC….
Adding to the actual conservatives in the Conservative Party will be Focus on the Family president Darrel Reid, who won the nomination in the huge and populous Richmond, BC riding.
Hopefully he will prove to be a convincing leadership force within the party, which badly needs his voice.
In North Vancouver, replacing the good retiring Conservative MP John Reynolds, will be John Weston. Randy White of the Abbotsford BC riding, who won by a huge margin in the last election, is also retiring, and will be replaced by the pro-traditional-marriage Ed Fast, who barely slipped past his nearest competitor by winning with just 91% of the vote. There are actual conservatives in BC!
