Dispose of your chewing gum responsibly

old article at CBC.ca Even a really strong mint can’t mask the odor of this

boondoggle

Liberal Party scam.  First, David (“Mint-head”) Dingwall tried to get reimbursed by the taxpayers for some minty-fresh chewing gum.  Then he announced to the nation that he was “entitled to my entitlements”.  He is a liberal, so we all just laughed at the funny mint-head.

But now, what stinks like lies and what would appear to be a Liberal Party cover-up (another one?) may have altered the course of a democratic election.  In Canada. That used to be a “Canadian value”, apparently, but I do believe that old gum has been spit out now, what with the Liberals being thrown out of office like 13-year-old Doublemint gum.

imageSo if only as a matter of historical record, let’s add a formal investigation into whether or not the Liberal government and Liberal ministers, including the Revenue Minister John McCallum and former Prime Minister Paul Martin, lied to Parliament with regard to David (“Mint-head”) Dingwall and the details surrounding what we now know is his arranged or forced disposal onto the sidewalks.

We were told that he resigned completely on his own volition.  There is now reason to believe that to be a lie.  We can now assume that this was an orchestrated little ploy designed only to fool Canadians into believing that Team Martin/Liberal were being tough on the Liberals’ own elitism and self-created culture of entitlement.

The extreme, scary one, evil-head Stephen (ole “hidden agenda”) Harper, had this to say about it last week:

“After months of evasive answers in the House of Commons, we have now learned that David Dingwall’s departure from the Royal Canadian Mint was involuntary. This is contrary to the information given by the Liberal government. I am very disappointed that Parliament was misled on this matter. The public now has all the facts, and it will be the judge of the Liberals’ actions in this affair.”

Oh that Harper. How extreme!  “Heil”, as the state-run CBC might say

We also now know that the Liberals knew about the arbitrator’s findings just days before the January 23 election, but kept it wrapped-up.  This no doubt resulted in untold numbers of seats won by Liberals which might very well —in fact by statistical probability would have—  been won by Conservatives.

Check under the Liberals’ seats in the house and you’ll find Big Red chewing gum stuck there.

Big RedWhen one considers the extent to which the acknowledgement by the RCMP of their investigation into the alleged leak of “income trust” legislation altered the course of the election campaign (some say it completely turned the tide against the Liberals), one can imagine that this arbitrator decision would have an equal effect, had it been known right at the end of the campaign when it could have been.  It might well have resulted in a solid Conservative majority.

Yes, it would appear that the Liberal Party may have covered-up and may have altered the course of a democratic election.  In Canada.

It’s very important for Canadians to know the extent to which the Liberal Party is corrupt and untrustworthy.  It is important to expose all the “hidden agendas” of the political parties —I’m sure all liberals agree wholeheartedly with me.

BubbliciousOf course some parties like the Conservative Party don’t have a hidden agenda, as they have by now been fully vetted by at least 12 years of severe Bubblicious-chewing media scrutiny which has delved into every crack and crevasse of their inner political workings, and then made up stuff just for good measure.

Others, like the NDP who fail to openly acknowledge that they stand for national and global socialism and the end of the capitalist system as we know it, do therefore have a hidden agenda.  And clearly the Liberal Party is all about “the hidden”.

So I would hope the Harper Conservatives will appoint some gumshoes and launch an investigation into whether or not Big Red lied to Parliament, and to Canadians, on purpose, in Canada, and what, exactly, they made up.  I would also like to know who it was, exactly, that made the decision to keep this information under wraps until after the election.  Was it a re-elected Liberal Party candidate?  This is important information for Canadians to chew on.

Perhaps the liberals will agree to wait until the report is fully completed until going to the polls again, since if I understand the Liberals correctly, Canadians don’t ever want to go to the polls, ever.  I suggest the report on all of this be made available just prior to the next election, whenever that may be.
