CTV headlines hard news story with: What Liberals Say. (It’s news!)

Headline in news:  “Liberals say Tories not doing enough to help jobless”.

No not just any headline —it’s the big headline of the entire day.

That’s some hard news right there, folks.  What liberals say…  Print it!

Squeeze it in right under the ad for CTV’s American-made show, “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of here”, and the ad for the pseudo-Canadian but actually American-created show called “Canada’s Next Top Model”, which is another branch-plant enterprise, and which no doubt takes its directions from its parent, Tyra Banks of the USA.  (And above the tiny headline which reads: “American jobless rate hits 9.4 per cent in May”, leaving out the preface words “Barack Obama led”.)  Then watch as the irony and hypocrisy flies right over liberal and their liberalvision’s heads.

Whenever you see the media publishing a clearly opinion-oriented anti-conservative headline in the form of a statement, like the one above, you know they’re hoping you think exactly that way.  Their way.  They know it, you know it, we all know it.  They don’t care.  All pretense of “fair” and “balanced” and “objective” news coverage ended long ago.  This headline epitomizes the now clearly, obviously, liberal-promoting news media, 2009.

I wonder if any conservatives said anything about Liberals.  About, say, Ontario Liberal premier Dalton McGuinty where all those job losses are occurring, or in Liberal-led BC, where the unemployed are now gaining over even the welfare recipients.  I wonder if The Great CTV Luv, The Great Obama, Apologist in Chief, has any critics at all, anywhere in the world, considering that nation’s unemployment rate is already above that dire rate that he threatened it would be if his sacred, emergency, “stimulus” plan wasn’t passed.  Well It was passed, and the unemployment numbers are already above his threatened, dire, crisis level.  Ignatieff and his media have no headline comments about that?

Nah.  Impossible.  Libbies!  “Tory Times is Tough Times”, not liberal times, dontchaknow.

Here’s a headline:  “A conservative says liberals caught covering liberal butt all day long, in media and throughout the liberal-left political propaganda industrial complex and cover-up machine”.

Did anyone criticize that visiting “Grit” (a moniker I use in obstinate and irreverent juxtaposition to liberalvision CTV’s incessant use of the term “Tories” even though they call always Liberals “Liberals”) Michael Ignatieff, today?  Hardly likely!  He’s so “smart”!  Plus, Liberal!  There are no criticisms of Ignatieff today, no, not even from “Tories”.  Not about his hypocrisy in blasting the deficit despite his demand for more “stimulus” spending and higher “stimulus” deficits, not about his socialist calls for more reliance upon the state by the citizenry, not about nuttin

And nobody has any negs about that socialist empty moustache, Jack Layton, nor his you’ve got to be kidding party, today (or for that matter, any day, ev, ver)?

I’m sure CTV and CBC will, in amazing simpatico, sort this all out during their matching news channels’ politics shows today, in which they pit four or six liberal-leftists (one from each party, plus a reliably leftist or even Marxist professor, and a labor union organizer) and their “headliner” comments against one token conservative clearly put out there on the defence, who is inevitably introduced as a “Tory” MP or someone from the warning —he’s a conservative! set, who “refuses to apologize for his stand…”.
