Conservatives end Liberals’ national universal prisoner tattoo social program (and early learning!)

I’ve | blogged | about | this | on numerous occasions over the years because, as some of you know, I so dig the tattoos, especially when combined with asinine liberal-left social programs, of which this one is a, well, grade A, choice, chuck steak/pork fat combination. 

Tories end tattoo program at federal prisons

OTTAWA—There will be no more tattooing in federal prisons—at least officially.

Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day is set to announce shortly that the government will not continue a program that offered tattoos to prisoners…
