According to a PMO press release this morning: several changes in the senior ranks of the Public Service. For example:
Maryantonett Flumian, currently Deputy Minister of Service Canada, becomes Deputy Head of Service Canada and Associate Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development.

Oh goodie. Let’s hope the adjustments are simply barely getting started, and will eventually include adjusting their geographical location to someplace outside of Ottawa.
Under her astute watch, the ridiculous gun registry’s costs exploded from a few million dollars as it was promised to be, to more than a billion dollars and rising, and became a big part of a report by Auditor General Sheila Fraser, who had many questions about it.
The Conservative Party and regular conservatives such as myself had as many questions.
