This tiny example is example number 8,497 of why Canada’s liberal-invented socialist health care system (or socialist ANYTHING), and things like the painfully ridiculous (and literally deadly) liberal invention called the Canada Health Act which is at the heart of it (and there are many such liberal inventions), will eventually suck the life out of Canada economically. Actually, they will eventually suck the life out of several Canadians in the literal sense. Liberals don’t care.
Private enterprise is becoming more and more verboten and shoved aside in Canada—especially in the otherwise potentially huge (unbelievably enormous!) business of health care and related technologies, as the liberals among us move toward more and more of a socialist nanny-state or welfare state, and as they continually get elected by Canadians as instructed by liberal media and academia. OAKLAND (CP) – World Heart Corp., a specialist in mechanical blood circulatory systems, is looking to expand the number of its clinical centres to test its products in the United States as it completes its transition of operations to Oakland from Ottawa.
