It’s a government initiative. That notwithstanding, while checking it out, think back to the past 13 years. And compare it to, say, the state-run CBC and its leftist state-run web site and see if you can spot the tell-tale signs that there has been a change in government from one that was liberal-left and rabidly anti-American, to one which deals more in common sense and reality and one which is Conservative. See if you can detect new directions.
