The liberals’ CNN (which is the second place cable news outfit after Fox News Channel) did it again.
On a story about Prime Minister Blair resigning, they oops, gosh darn it, accidentally mistakenly wrote “Bush” in place of “Blair”. Darn those newfangled keyboards, and all those editors and so on. And darn that BC Bud, perhaps.
This comes from a circuitous blogger route, with thanks to PTBC reader “Frogg”, who found it at Atlas Shrugs, who got it from MediaBistro:
Did Anyone Else See This?
[…] An e-mailer says:
“CNN International’s CNN Today program, airing at midnight Eastern, led with the graphic ‘Bush Resigns.’ Of course, they meant ‘Blair Resigns.’ Freudian slip on the part of a network accused of anti-Americanism?”
I believe it was CNN who was caught having written derogatory words in an image of President Bush in that image’s “name” or “alt” coding, so when you held you mouse over the image, the derogatory text was visible.
