Hi Dean,
You stimulated your rec room huh? We’re in the same boat. We stimulated our whole house when we bought it about 14 years ago and now it needs a new round of stimulus. I guess we need what you call a stimulus “package”. The difference is that we paid for our own stimulus back then instead of using other people’s money (like yours, for example), and we don’t owe any Chinese people any money for it now. I better root for Obama and Ignatieff/Layton/Castro next time. Then it will all be free. And ever so regulated.
