Canada’s beloved (yet American!) Democratic Party unleashes anti-Rush Limbaugh attack ads

This makes for an interesting followup to my previous blog entry, in which we see where the (Canadian) Speaker of the House wags his Liberal finger at Conservatives for “attacking” their Liberal Opposition leader Michael Ignatieff, as dutifully reported by one of their stinky liberal media orifices.

Democratic Party billboard adIt’s now fairly obvious that there is a freakishly Orwellian coordinated attack being amassed from the Obama White House down, channeling through the Democratic Party, their key media outlets (that is, nearly all of the media), and all liberal-left bloggers, to attack private citizens like Rush Limbaugh because, in a weird twist of logic, he’s so useless and ineffectual.  This is faintly like the National Post and how they use 3/4 of a page to explain how irrelevant Ann Coulter is, only this is government and political parties acting in coordination against someone.

Democratic Party Rolls Out Its ‘Top Five’ Slogans Attacking Radio Broadcaster

The Democratic National Committee has unveiled its five best slogan ideas—chosen from among thousands of proposed entries—for a billboard attacking radio broadcaster Rush Limbaugh.

The slogan that receives the most votes on the DNC’s Web site will be put on a billboard in Rush’s “hometown” of West Palm Beach, Fla.

Announced last Thursday, the DNC’s slogan campaign sought a message of 10 words or less that members would like the DNC to send to Limbaugh. The top five are:

—“Americans didn’t vote for a Rush to failure.”

—“Hope and change cannot be Rush’d.”

—“Failure is not an option for America’s future.”

—“We can fix America, just don’t Rush it.”

—“Rush: Say ‘yes’ to America.”

In a fundraising e-mail message sent to the party’s donors, DNC Executive Director Jen O’Malley Dillon announced that people can now vote for their favorite slogan on its Web site, democrats.org/rushbillboard. …

I’m still trying to get conservatives in Canada interested in my effort to run this ad and billboard campaign in this country, but unlike liberals in the U.S., conservatives apparently aren’t even remotely motivated.  It’s so damn shocking that Obama won and Canada votes liberal-left most of the time and conservatives are scrambling.

Meantime, check out RushLimbaugh.com daily.  It’s a great site.  And do as I did:  become a RushLimbaugh.com member for a few dollars a month ($5?) and you can hear his radio show anytime you like—or watch it live.  Well worth the price.
