Just scanning the news and I came across this lesson – once again, by liberal democrats … They’re a tad upset at Hillary’s successor.
The article says “Liberal Democrats have been wary of her because she ran for re-election with the backing of the National Rifle Association, opposed the federal TARP program to rescue banks, and has been less than enthusiastic about gay marriage.” Turns out Gillibrand is a “bluedog” Democrat—a conservative Democrat. Nonetheless, Dems like the very liberal Chuck Schumer, the state’s senior senator, said “a woman and an upstater was needed on next year’s ticket” and heartily endorsed her. Which makes conservativegal wonder,
Wait a minute here – didn’t they rip Sarah Palin to bits for these very same reasons?? Lack of experience? Being a woman, a gun totin’ conservative woman, no less? Didn’t the US just elect someone to lead their country who had very little experience? Isn’t he now the saviour of the free world??
conservativegal goes on to question the logic of the liberal mind, in fun colorful language.
