Stephane Dion in another seething rage-like yelling tantrum in impossibly broken English about something Prime Minister Harper called him out on, today:

I think he should try learning English after all these decades in order to really keep the con-tree to gedder. My Prime Minister should be able to speak perfect English. Period.
