I’m going to the Sun Run today—a very early morning 10 kilometer run around Stanley Park and the west end of Vancouver.
I’m not actually running in the Sun Run—I’m driving my wife to it so she can run. I drop her off then go to Macdonald’s for breakfast and wait there for a while, then cheer her on at the finish line. It’s exhausting.
