This week it goes to Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Danny Williams, who more than held his own during the liberal-love-in Larry King show on liberalvision CNN, at which he debated the Beatles’ Paul McCartney and his wife over the seal hunt in Canada. (See my related blog entry here).
During the show, Williams at one point asked McCartney why he didn’t go to where they slaughter beef, chickens and lambs.
“They’re not going to get their picture taken with a chicken. It’s just not a good photo opp. And pigs don’t make a really pretty picture either,’’ he said.
Ain’t that the truth.
