In the Commons, Pallister asked the Liberals whether they thought Dingwall was entitled to a massage at taxpayers’ expense.
Treasury Board president Reg Alcock didn’t respond directly to the question, but suggested that Pallister’s claims would be proven false.
Pallister’s office says the receipts were among thousands gained through the Access to Information Act.
At a news conference, Pallister said Prime Minister Paul Martin has done nothing to curb what the so-called culture of entitlement that developed under the Chretien Liberals.
