Why, when the Democrats appear to be losing Hawaii, does CNN report on it with the banner “Trouble in Paradise” emblazoned at the bottom of the screen?
The Democrats won Hawaii by 18 points in the last election. Now the Dems and Repubs are neck-and-neck. That’s what CNN describes as “trouble”.
That’s what I call a “coming paradise”, but on a national news report, I’d probably just call it a “close race”. But that’s just me.
