Today it was announced that the rights to transport, for profit, Europeans and Brits under the English Channel for the next 30 years was sold to a Canadian consortium including the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan.
In other words, foreigners.
And the Ontario Teachers, and Michael Ignatieff, and Jack Layton, and yes Stephen Harper, and all the other government-control-over-the-“free-market-economy” watchdogs are all peachy with that.
