I’m making some changes to PTBC’s email today, including changing the main contact address, so things may go awry for a while. But don’t worry because it’s “shovel ready” so it won’t take longer than 8 to 43 months to start, and won’t cost a dime over anywhere from 88 to 149 million dollars, approximately, depending on several factors outside my control.

or anything you might have been using before. I simply won’t see it.
