I’m not “Proud To Be Canadian” today, that’s for sure. I’m embarrassed. Worried, actually.

Even the liberals’ New York Times division appears alarmed.

This was followed by a suddenly extremely defensive bout of outrage tweets from Canadian blue-checks and “journalists” and hacks (but I repeat myself).

You know it’s bad when Justin Trudeau’s state-owned CBC division starts bashing what was once their literal bible. Hideous bit of Trudeau boot-licking on display here:

“Good grief.” Like she’s suddenly fed up with all the “fake news” and torqued rhetoric in the “mainstream media.” Good grief indeed. HACK.

One outrage tweet was tweeted by Gerald Butts, literally a (former, after he was fired or quit – I can’t remember) Trudeau political operative. Notice the argument here is almost identical to that of the “reporter” from CBC.

There were many more like this, all running to the defense of those in authority, instead of the exact opposite, which is actually their real job. As I’ve said before, this truckers’ convoy has now firmly outed the “news” media as nothing but liberal-leftist hacks, which is an added bonus to the sudden mandate backoffs we’ve seen all over the place. And on that score, Aaron Wudrick came up with an interesting observation:

Honestly, I’m really at a loss for words right now. I need to let it gel a little. Sadly, though, I’m glad I recently modified the header of the site from “ProudToBeCanadian,” as it stood for over 20 years,  to the simpler and less declarative “PTBC.” It was merely a style move. But it’s funny how things work out.

Here’s a good Dave Rubin tweet asking a salient question, the answer to which I’m afraid I already know:
