Here’s the CBC’s banner as they report a drop in the market this morning:
The funny thing is, given their propensity to trash-talk capitalism and the Canadian economy post-Harper election victory 2006, if the market was rising dramatically to new historic highs (as it constantly did during Harper’s watch as PM, to almost no notice whatsoever, ever, at the CBC), I can imagine the CBC banner verbiage would remain: “CRISIS OF CONFIDENCE”. (Think about it).
