On Monday I showed you how Canada’s cable news networks—the state-owned one and the citizen-owned one against which they compete—instructed us to think of the Conservative Minister of Foreign Affairs’, um, verbal malfunction.
Liberalvision CTV called it a “blunder”.
The state-owned CBC (never one to bung-up anything!) called it a “bungle”.
Today the state-owned media changed it:
So I guess it’s official: It’s a “blunder”. (CBC has still refrained from adding “-gate” at the end however! Wow!)
