ABC News (or rather, “News”) omits Obama’s criticism of Biden’s open borders in broadcast interview

Speaking of nip slips and saying the quiet part out loud (as I was here —in case you weren’t paying attention)… Barack Obama got caught doing just that, wherein he let slip that President Biden and the Dems are allowing America to become a borderless nation with their increasingly obvious open borders policies and purposeful lack of border enforcement.

At least we now have the acknowledgment from the “news” media that there is indeed a border crisis — a word which was mocked up until recently because the Dems and their media were in denial, and because the Republicans used it (accurately).

Open borders is constantly denied by all Democrats, even in the face of the obvious, and despite their open effort to attract anyone who wants to come (as long as they’re not Europeans, Canadians, or Australians. Or Republican voters).

But this story is a double whammy. As I’ve always said, the systemic pathological political and cultural bias from the “news” media isn’t just in what they report and how they report it, it’s in what they omit or exclude — hide or bury — even though they have the information, and you obviously need to know the truth and learn all the facts.

ABC knows very well that this open borders concept is supposed to be “the quiet part” and kept amongst progressive Dems, who always deny it because they know few Americans buy into it. So when Obama let it slip that the policy exists (and more particularly, and perhaps more surprisingly, his opposition to this concept), they deleted it and pretended it didn’t happen.

ABC excludes Obama’s criticism of ‘open borders’ from televised portion of interview

ABC instead focus aired portion of Obama’s border comments on his criticism of Republicans over immigration reform

ABC News left out a remark from former President Barack Obama describing “open borders” as “unsustainable” from the televised portion of his interview on ABC’s “Good Morning America.”

“Immigration is tough. It always has been because, on the one hand, I think we are naturally a people that wants to help others. And we see tragedy and hardship and families that are desperately trying to get here so that their kids are safe, and they’re in some cases fleeing violence or catastrophe,” Obama told co-host Robin Roberts in the excluded portion on Tuesday.

“At the same time, we’re a nation state. We have borders. The idea that we can just have open borders is something that … as a practical matter, is unsustainable,” he added.

… “ABC World News Tonight” also excluded Obama’s “open border” remarks in its coverage, instead spending less than a minute discussing the interview and focusing on the groundbreaking of the Obama Presidential Library in Chicago.

They didn’t want you to know. They’re screwing with you. Disrespecting you.

I wonder what else they’re covering up today in their effort to mislead, misinform, and outright lie to you.
